Peer to peer

There is no peer to peer chat button. It’s just simply ridiculous that you can never get a live person to help. I lost internet services due to constant interruptions for over 3 days. I lost hours of work and I could not contact anyone or access the app. I don’t have cell services unless I have internet. I had to drive 5 miles to call customer service and for over 30 min I could not get through the annoying AI. It said it could not transfer me to a representative because they were aware of the OUTAGE in my area. I try to chat and after over 40min I was never able to connect with an agent. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I want credit for the days I lost work.

we lost power for days during the storms in Texas and Xfinity never offered credit or payment assistance for their clients. They don’t care for the people that keeps them in business. I would change companies if I could but unfortunately they have a monopoly and I can’t get any other company to service my area.

very unsatisfactory client

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_i53wdi I understand the frustration. We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity Status Center at http://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Once resolved, request a credit with the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details?client_id=helpandsupport&continue=https://www.xfinity.com/support/status&linkId=149261291.

Are you still without services at this time?
