Helppppp I am trying to figure out when my contract ends. And now I am trying to find the Peer to Peer place.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
