pedestal repair

There is a pedestal at the curb in my yard that has been damaged. I have called Xfinity several times, I can never get through the IVR to speak to a live person. The pedestal has been damaged for over a month. I eventually spoke to someone and they put in a ticket but there has been no response. I have also chatted with customer care and the issue is still unresolved. I need a maintenance technician to come out to repair the pedestal asap.
