Pedestal Not Installed Xfinity No Help
Hello,
I have made no less than 10 attempts to get Xfinity to come to my residence and install a pedestal over the connection to the street. My house is a new build and Xfinity never installed one when running the internet connection points throughout the neighborhood.
There have been 4 different technicians come to the house and none of them have done anything about it. It remains exposed and sticking up in the yard.
One technician that installed the cable, laughed and even joked saying, I can’t believe they did that.
Another came out and said, I’m surprised this hasn’t been taken care of. They keep a a whole container of these things on hand.
I have made 5 calls to Xfinity to try and explain this to them, and they act confused and don’t know how to handle it. I have voiced my frustration with the lack of customer support, yet nothing has been done.
I figured I would try this forum in the hopes that my message is heard this time. Please send a technician out to cover this in my yard.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Xfinity may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had…. Most difficult process to have something so small addressed.
