Pedestal Damaged

Hello – The Comcast/Xfinity pedestal box near the street by my house is damaged, and the top cover has broken off.  The junction box is damaged, and the cables are exposed. It looks like it was hit by a vehicle. How can I get this repaired?

Last night, the internet connection was down for me and a neighbor. I had to replace the cable connectors and connect to other terminals to get the internet back.

The junction box and cables are now exposed and need to be repaired to prevent more damage and public safety hazards.
