Pedestal damaged

There is a pedestal in my neighbors yard that has been repeatedly run over with all of the insides hanging out in their yard getting rained on every day. I’ve had network instability all week at different times of the day, and I believe the issue is stemming from damage to your equipment in my neighbors yard. I would like for someone to come out and take a look and possibly replace that equipment so that my service is more stable.
