Pedestal box relocation
A pole fell down in my driveway and I got them to relocate the pole so I could make a larger driveway, I talked to the xfinity guy about also moving the pedestal box so I could widen my driveway and he said it should be no issue but they never did that, you put it all back in the same spot and 10 feet away from where the pole got relocated. Why would you do that? Why wouldn’t you just move it closer to the pole [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_q22i04 I understand your concern. If the pole was relocated and you were advised that moving the pedestal should not be an issue, I can see why you'd expect the pedestal to have been moved as well. The placement of pedestals is subject to engineering and utility requirements, so the field crew may have restored it to its approved location. We'd like to review the work order and see what options may be available.
