Pedestal box hazard

I have a bee hive in my cable pedestal box. I’ve spent hours on support chats, had two technicians come out, been promised a bee keeper would be sent to address the issue via a special supervisor ticket and still the problem has not been resolved. Is Xfinity going to address this issue with their equipment or not? It is a hazard to children and I can’t have my AC unit serviced until the bees are removed because the pedestal box is right next to it.
This is absurd! I need Xfinity to resolve this ASAP and stop lying to me and giving me empty promises.

Ive spent hours on your direct chat already and now you need me to get on another one and start this process all over again? I’ve had two technicians come out and have waited for a call from a supervisor that I was promised. How is another direct chat going to resolve the problem you already know about?

Good morning @cljules01 I apologize that this is still unresolved. As a father of four, one of whom is allergic to bee stings, I understand the urgency. We will keep an eye out for your direct message, so we can get this cared for.
