Pedestal box destroyed by plow

The xfinity pedestal box in front of my house was destroyed by a snowplow earlier today. My internet has been cut, and I’m sure others have been cut off as well, but this doesn’t appear as an outage to xfinity’s system. I’m having trouble navigating customer service to convey the issue/damage (they want to schedule a normal service appointment).

Good afternoon @user_y7qrk5, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums to report your damaged pedestal box, we appreciate it. We can assist with getting a ticket submitted over to our local team to repair. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?
