Pecock premium reward

My rewards page says I have peacock premium thru xfinity, but I don't.  Back in 2023, you could not pay the extra any more for the ad free, so I paid for it myself.  My wife  was sent an email to her offering peacock premium and I contacted peacock and wrote that there is now a way to add just ad free to peacock thru the xfinity platform, but the site won't let her.   I have already cancelled my subscription and chatted with the xfinity assistant and it says it could take 7 days for a response - I have an ECM ticket number.  Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process?

user_9c0645 To confirm, are you trying to cancel it with us, with Peacock directly, or add the add free with you subscription with us?

I have cancelled peacock premium plus on peacock website.  I can now accept free peacock premium thru rewards and add ad free thru xfinity, I want to do this, but rewards page says I already have it, but, even though it's in the claimed, box I don't currently have it thru rewards.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I just reviewed the debacle of xfinity and peacock to diamond and gig customers.  I did accept free peacock premium on June 28, 2023 - I've attached pic.  But there was so much chaos and I discovered that there was no way to add ad free, so I then signed up at peacock plus site.  I never checked to see if I had it because I received another offer to accept peacock premium thru xfinity rewards on July 20, 2023, but never accepted it.  Don't know why everything is so confusing!
