Peacocks premium reward redemption

Hi, when I follow the steps listed at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers and sign into my account, there is no reward listed for peacock. When I visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock it says "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer. View your current TV & Streaming plan to see available offers, or visit Help and Support for more details." How I do I redeem this reward?

I logged into my account on the Xfinity Rewards website, confirmed that I have Platinum status, and reviewed the available rewards. No reward related to Peacock Premium shows up. I also managed to speak to an agent on the phone who started a ticket for me for the issue, but the ticket isn't showing up when I log in so I'm not sure if it's actually being processed. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

Why would one need a special offer if they are a platinum member? I thought that was one of the perks? I am having the same issue as original poster.
