I’m starting to get frustrated for over 6 months I’ve been getting an email requesting that I activate my subscription I can never do it but now an agent is telling me I have to upgrade and change my plan but none of that is stated in the emails or in the stream shop where it wants to me to activate this. It’s deceptive and honestly I’m sick of it. Between the daily outages in my area and the spotty service I’m ready to go to another provider

It’s from Xfinity rewards. I explained that to the agent but I was told that was only for diamond but that’s not what the emails say. “

@user_6b4511 Got it, thanks for confirming. The'res two different paths to redeem, one is for Gig customers or higher, and the other is as a reward for being a long time customer. For the reward we want to log into the account here https://www.xfinity.com/rewards, using your Xfinity username and password. Once logged in, you want to click on the benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.

Choose Get This Benefit and follow the steps provided.
You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
- It may take a few hours to receive the email.
