I have a Diamond Xfinity membership and I signed up for the free Peacock service.  On my xfinity account it shows this service is active on my Xfinity rewards.  However, which I log onto Peacock I am only receiving free items and not the premium items.  I contacted Peacock customer service and was told to contact Xfinity customer service since this is part of my plan with Xfinity.  Is this a bogus benefit?

And I received an email from Xfinity today claiming that my Peacock premium perk is unclaimed which isn't true since it is showing up on my account as active.

i am a diamond member and received notification that peacock premium plus will be free. i accepted the offer and do not see it

To activate your Peacock subscription via Xfinity, visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock, sign in with your primary Xfinity ID, and select "Activate". Eligible customers (Gigabit, Diamond/Platinum Rewards, or NOW TV) will be directed to create a Peacock account or sign in to an existing one to finish activation.

 

Key Activation Steps:
  1. Go to the Activation Page: Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock on a desktop or mobile browser.
  2. Sign In: Use your primary Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Activate: Click the "Activate" button.
  4. Create/Link Account: Enter a valid email address and create a new password to set up your Peacock account, or link your existing Peacock account

caviar918 Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can make sure you're able to enjoy your favorite content on Peacock! I appreciate you confirming that your Xfinity Membership rewards show that the offer was redeemed. If you're logging into Peacock and only see free content available, that tells me a different Email address was originally used to create your Peacock account. Have you tried other Email addresses to find the one that's linked to your Peacock profile? Once we have determined the correct Email address, we can take steps to recover the password if needed.
