peacock

I am unable to connect to Peacock via the promotional offer with 1Gig internet. I have no activation button at https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock claims I have already activated, even though I have not. No email address associated with Xfinity has an account with Peacock.

Hello @user_gkxnvk, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear that you are encountering issues activating your Peacock. Have you ever had peacock on your account before now?
