I am a diamond rewards member and I can't seem to get Peacock added unless I pay for it.  It's supposed to be a perk for Diamond members.  Called and whoever I spoke to couldn't help either.  Please help!

Hi there, @user_h1jyd8 I'm sorry for the trouble you are having trying to redeem your free Peacock. Have you tried the following, Log in to the Xfinity Assistant at xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/ and type "Peacock Premium Activation" into the chat. Look for an activation banner and click "Activate Now" if it appears.-Richard
