If your Peacock account is showing as active but content is locked, first ensure you are logged in with your primary Xfinity ID at xfinity.com/activate-peacock. If you see an "Activate Now" button, follow the prompts to complete activation. If issues persist, I would check your subscription status under "Plans & Payment" on the Peacock website.
