Peacock

We are unable to get Peacock to work for streaming. It says our account is active but everything is locked.

If your Peacock account is showing as active but content is locked, first ensure you are logged in with your primary Xfinity ID at xfinity.com/activate-peacock. If you see an "Activate Now" button, follow the prompts to complete activation. If issues persist, I would check your subscription status under "Plans & Payment" on the Peacock website. When I try to log in with the original Xfinity ID it wants me to choose a subscription plan.

If it's asking you to pick a subscription plan, then most likely what is happening is that you are either not signed into the Xfinity ID associated with any free Peacock Premium service you redeemed, or that your Peacock Premium activation may have never been initially completed. Have you had a chance to visit the activation website I linked to see what happens when you go through that process?
