The tv starts the tv program on Peacock then goes black...the tv power is still on. On The x1(?) black box the wire that looks like an iphone charger has to be pulled out then put back in for the tv to start up again.
@user_ncum4w it sounds like that may be a shortage in your HDMI cable or power cord. Is it only happening when going to Peacock, does it also happen when going to any other apps?
