Peacock

Xfinity cancelled my internet without my permission. After two hours of speaking with agents my Internet was restored and I was assured my peacock wouldn't be affected. It has been. I no longer have access to peacock. The agent I was speaking to to help me had bad phone service and we disconnected. I just want peacock back.

To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
