I am very sorry to hear about the troubles with accessing the Peacock Premium services, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. There were some changes to the Peacock Premium services back in 2023, you can find the details here. How did you sign up for the service originally? It should not be impacted unless you made changes with the level of service you subscribe to. Did you get a new package with the service visit? Please let us know.
