Peacock Xfinity linked to another account issue.

Just signed up for the free premium peacock through xfinity and can not activate it. I get the error for my xfinity account being linked to another peacock account but nothing shows within my account as linked.

user_ccsg9i. Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're running into trouble activating Peacock Premium. We'd be happy to take a closer look. Have you tried using a different browser or clearing the cache and cookies? Do you have any other email addresses you can use?
