Peacock won't activate due to recent move

"I have a brand-new Xfinity account and am trying to activate my included Peacock subscription. However, my Peacock email was previously linked to my old, closed Xfinity account. I am permanently stuck in an activation loop giving me error code PPG_0017_229a179. The digital portal says 'Activation Required,' but submitting my email throws the conflict error. Can a Tier-2 specialist please open a backend ticket to clear the orphaned entitlement token/provisioning on my profile so I can fresh-link my account?"
