Peacock with Gig Speed Reward after moving
Hello,
I recently moved and transferred my service to the new address. When I attempt to activate my Peacock service, I receive the error, "PPG_0017_489f00a"(Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It). This email (Emailed tied to my account) is the account I was using prior to my service transfer. May I receive some assistance on this issue, please? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I was assisted through DM's and eventually received a call that resolved my issue. Thank you so much for the support! This can be closed now.
