Peacock wants me to sign in even though it’s free???
I don’t understand why peacock is asking me to sign in when I have xfinity. I sign in using my xfinity credentials and it doesn’t recognize my username or password. I used to be able to open the app and get started. Xfinity said it would fix it and they didn’t. Then I called again and was told to contact peacock. Come on! Someone give me an answer please. Thank you

Hey, @Clp418! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! That's certainly a great question. The reason you would need to log in is so we know what account is logged in, and what tier of subscription you have with Peacock. There is Peacock Premium which is free at this time and there is Peacock Premium Plus which you would pay for and has no ads. As for having issues with getting logged in, we would need to have a closer look into this. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
