Peacock Support

In Streamsaver, Peacock shows that I’ve activated but I cannot get it to show on my television. I have tried my email address and it will not work. Please help.

Are you using the Peacock app on a smart television or are you using a streaming device like a Roku or a Fire TV? If you've activated your Peacock account but cannot access it on your television, first ensure you are logged in with the correct email and password associated with your Peacock account. Check your subscription status by logging into Peacock and navigating to **Account Settings** > **Plans & Payment**. If the plan is billed by Xfinity, you should be set. If issues persist, try logging out of all devices and then logging back in.
