Peacock subscription

Unable to activate my peacock subscription.  It will not allow me to use my email address as I currently have an account active

user_mdtvmh If you are unable to activate your Peacock subscription because you already have an active account, you can unlink your current Peacock account following these steps:
 
1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in.
2. Click Help & More Info and select Unlink Peacock account.
3. Confirm the account you want to use and select No, please use another account.
4. Enter the new email address you wish to use and click **Continue** to sign in and activate your subscription.
 
Please let me know if you have any trouble with the process.

user_mdtvmh, Here are also the steps below with a link. Please let me know if this helps:
 
  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon by visiting this link here.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
