peacock subscription

I have the same problem that several others have had. 

It keeps telling me to activate Peacock, I try and it says it's affiliated with a different account.  I try logging in with the only 2 accounts we've ever had and they both don't work.

Have gone in circles with Xfinity support and Peacock support.  

So frustrating.
