Peacock Subscription

I received my peacock subscription through the membership program by being a diamond member. I redeemed the offer a few years ago and it was working until recently when I moved and received a new modem from Xfinity. On peacock it now says I have no subscription and there has been no solution for about two months.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Deactivate my Peacock Subscription as soon as possible. 

It is not something I need or want!
