Peacock Subscription

I moved to a new home and my peacock was deactivated and now that i am trying to activate it again for the new home it says 

"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

Good evening @user_xtjl7f! We appreciate you for reaching out to us on our community forums. For troubleshooting purposes, please:

  1. Sign in to our website here.
  2. Sign in by clicking the icon in the top right of the page.
  3. Once signed in, please select the purple icon in the top right of the page.
  4. Select “Account and Identity”
    • This will take you to the Account and Identity page. The name linked to the username used to sign in will have “Primary”, “Manager”, “Member”, or “Viewer”.
  5. We will want to make sure it shows “Primary”.
  6. Once we have confirmed we are signing in to the Primary, we will want to confirm this Xfinity ID is on the correct address for your current account. On the “Account and Identity” page, the address will be below “Account Details”.

 

After checking the Xfinity ID is the Primary username on the new address, could you please try signing in to Peacock using the Xfinity/Comcast email linked to the primary username on the new account?
