Peacock Subscription Issue

Hey,
I had the promotional peacock subscription, and went to cancel it (before I knew the promotional period was extended). However, I apparently didn't follow the correct steps, and I Deleted my Peacock account, not unsubscribe.     I can no longer log into peacock, (since the account was deleted), however it still says active subscription on xfinity, and will not let me make a new one.  I contacted peacock and they said to contact Xfinity, contact Xfinity they say to contact Peacock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!

Hello @eric789 We can certainly check the account to see what the status of the Peacock account is showing. When you try to log back in are you receiving any error messages?

When I try to log back into my previous peacock account it brings me to the pricing page of peacock.
When I go on Xfinity and view subscriptions, it says "Active" and is highlighted  green

Got it. Thanks for clarifying that for me. To have us take a deeper look we need to access the account and the subscriptions. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
