Peacock subscription included in service

First off, the xfinity.com website is hot garbage. Slow page loads, page crashes, etc. I'm just on attempting to provision my 'active' Peacock subscription. I already have a peacock login so going to their site from Xfinity just takes me to their normal subscription choice screen. There is nothing to suggest I can connect my active Xfinity account and start peacock. Back on the Xfinity page, there is a link to 'unlink' the peacock account which I'm assuming is a path towards solving this issue. That goes to a Try Again Later page, which maybe suggests that later is somewhere in the distant future or never. I called a live agent on the phone, and they told me to CALL PEACOCK which I guarantee Peacock will tell me it's not their issue. So yes. First world problem. Secondly, xfinity is hot garbage and I'm stuck with them for now.

Hello @user_2kfoig, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I understand how frustrating it may be when trying to activate your free Peacock and encountering errors. You mentioned you already have a peacock login, is this a paid subscription you have?

@user_2kfoig Our platform works a bit differently from calling our customer service center. When you make a post here, we don’t automatically receive your account information. We aim to keep interactions public so that if others experience a similar issue, they can benefit from the solution as well. That’s why we ask open-ended questions to see if we can resolve the issue publicly and potentially help others who may be experiencing the same problem.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
