Peacock Subscription Activation

I signed up for a New member deal that included 2 years of Peacock with my Gig WiFi contract. I cannot activate it. It keeps saying that I have no subscriptions to activate and the people at the xfinity store could not help.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_2sln5u! Sorry that you haven't been able to activate your Peacock offer! We'll definitely look into what can be done to help. Just to confirm, have you tried activating it directly through our Peacock Activation page?

Yes, I have tried on to directly through that page, both on the app and on the internet. I get this message: “We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer.”

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send
