PEACOCK SERVICE ISSUES
I have had three tickets on my not having Peacock. [Edit: Private Information Removed], and
[Edit: Private Information Removed] are two of them. I have been with comcast 40 years and not one person contacted me on any of the tickets. 6 months now and I do not have the service I was promised in rewards. I just had to pay $5.99 to subscribe to watch a football playoff game. There was an error when I tried to sign up last July and no one will help me get this service. I am a diamond level member. I’ve done all I can.

I am encountering this issue now while attempting to watch the game on the TV that I ALWAYS WATCH PEACOCK ON! For some reason, Xfinity cable box signed me out of Peacock as if I wasn’t signed in. I had already accepted the Diamond perk, so I had not been having that issue. It took numerous times to sign in, and then when it did, the app simply attempted to load and there is just a black screen. No content. I can sign into my phone with no issue.
I don’t know whether the issue is an Xfinity cable box issue or the Diamond issue with the cable box or something else. I have been trying to get someone on the phone to no avail tonight.
