Peacock service free subscription gone

Hi, my free xfinity rewards subscription for peacock has gone but the reward is still active and claimed. It was working a few days ago.

I'm a Platinum status member and it says I'm not eligible if I go to activate it again.

Please assist

Dafijian Thanks for reaching out! When you log into Peacock, are you using the same email address you were using before?

@XfinityMartyR​ yes its the same one. It just stopped working a few days ago. It's not logged out.
