Peacock reward not showing up

If you were able to activate that through the rewards, and it is not available on your platform, you may need to reset your box or device that you are running that service on. When I select an episode of a show, it tells me to Subscribe to Watch. Is that what I’m supposed to select or is my reward still not activated. Thank you for your help!
