Peacock reward not showing up

I activated my Peacock Premium award but it isn’t showing up on my Xfinity platform. Is there an issue or something I need to do. Thank you!

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_aba665. There has been a known issue with that Peacock Premium service. If you were able to activate that through the rewards, and it is not available on your platform, you may need to reset your box or device that you are running that service on. When I select an episode of a show, it tells me to Subscribe to Watch. Is that what I’m supposed to select or is my reward still not activated. Thank you for your help!
