I've had peacock for years and you lowered my bill stating NOTHING would change but it now has commercials and is just the premium so how to I get back the premium plus?

Subscribing to Peacock Premium has fewer ads than the free plan but some content, like live events and Peacock-specific channels, will still have ads even with the Premium Plus subscription because of legal streaming rights. Looking at your account which Peacock subscription do you have?
