Peacock Premuim is Charging me monthly

I have a paid Peacock subscription that's now linked to my Xfinity account using the same credentials. I need to cancel the paid subscription so I'm only using the free Xfinity version.  Please remove and/or unlink the paid subscription from my account so I no longer get charged.

user_4365d7 Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance with your Peacock paid subscription concern. Did you sign up for Peacock directly, and pay them each month or is it linked to your billing with us?

Peacock is billing me each month.  I may have signed up either before or after I realized I could get it for free on my xfinity plan and activated it.

user_4365d7 The first step would be to contact Peacock support in that case. We can't cancel your paid subscription with them ourselves. We could only cancel the billing applied to a bill with us, but when paying Peacock directly you have to request the cancellation of that subscription with them directly.

If I do that, will that kill my access to Peacock thru Xfinity?

user_4365d7 You will need to activate the service included from us at no cost after. You will lose access until the activation is completed, but it can't be activated with an email already active with a paid subscription. To activate the subscription included with us you just need to go to activation here https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions using the primary user ID login. Again that only works if not already active subscription is on.
