Why can’t I access peacock premium???

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Communities Forums page, @user_ihw0dp. Have you been able to access Peacock Premium in the past and lost access or do you need assistance on how to Activate Peacock Premium from an Xfinity or NOW promotional offer?

Got it @user_ihw0dp, how did you qualify for the Peacock Premium, was it part of our Membership program (formerly Rewards program), for having a Gigabit or higher internet plan, or through our Stream Saver service plan?

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

I’m not sure. It says in my account peacock premium included and status active. But then when I sign in it wants to charge me for plan.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
