peacock premium

We purchased the gig internet package. One of the things that came with it is a subscription to Peacock Premium for 2 years. We cancelled our Peacock subscription, activated the offer, and it isn't Premium. We spoke with several different people. Customer service informed us that they know what the problem is but that it needs to be fixed. It has been several days. We have Peacock to watch Sunday night football. We missed it this last Sunday. Can someone please fix this so we don't miss this coming Sunday? This is beyond than ridiculous.

fuzzball0526 Thank you for stopping in for help with your included Peacock subscription. Peacock offers two main subscription levels, both providing access to its content library but differing in ad experience and premium features: Premium, which is ad-supported, and Premium Plus, which is mostly ad-free. The Premium is what is included with your Xfinity services/promotion. You would have access to the same content it would only be a matter of the amount of ads you encounter as the difference between the levels.

There are not currently any know issues with our customers using the Peacock app. Could you tell me more about what happened when you attempted to watch the game on Sunday?

Actually that's untrue. When you click on their plans there is Select (which must be actually comes with Xfinity), Premium and Premium Plus. When I try to watch basically anything it shows as locked and asks you to upgrade. Like I said, we had a Peacock Premium subscription and we could watch what we wanted including Sunday night football. When I activated the Xfinity offer and went to Peacock nothing is available. Someone has indicated that they know there is a problem, but they haven't fixed our account.  The fact that you say that there aren't currently any known issues is ridiculous because there are MANY other people who have posted this problem on the forum.

fuzzball0526 If you are getting an upgrade error, that is the issue. You can confirm the levels of service Peacock offers directly with Peacock, but when I go to change my subscription, there are only 2 levels Peacock offers: Premium and Premium Plus. This FAQ also goes over the details for our Xfinity rewards Peacock offer and is very specifically states this is for the Premium with ads version.

Again, there is no known issue. There was a time in the past when the free offers were first offered, but that has since been resolved. Most issues with the Peacock subscription are due to the email address being used.

I would start by confirming you are using the Primary Xfinity IDs information when trying to link your offer.
