Peacock Premium

I am a Diamond member and am not getting Peacock Premium! I want this to be activated. When I try to do it, it asks me to upgrade and pay. I should be getting this for free!

Have you tried logging into the XFINITY website with your XFINITY ID and password to check under the rewards tab if it shows already redeemed? Let us know if it shows redeemed under the XFINITY Rewards section. If so, have you also received an email for the next steps of activating your Peacock reward? It can take up to two hours to receive the email after redeeming your reward. You can learn more about our Peacock activation steps here at Peacock Premium Offers.
