Peacock Premium

I received an email on July 18 that I could redeem peacock premium with Xfinity Rewards. I redeemed my reward in my Xfinity account but when I click on the Xfinity Assistant I don't see the option to activate it. Have tried many times.

Okay, in that case please send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address and I can get the proper ticket made for you so that we can quickly resolve this for you.
