Peacock Premium reward not available to a Diamond member

I have been trying to access the Peacock Premium award as a Diamond member.  The reward does not show up on the members reward page.  I found a link in this forum as a possible option, but it indicated that the reward was not available at my level.  I see some people have been invited to open a direct message to solve this problem.   Is this a solution for me?

Happy to help! We might need to confirm a few things on our end to help get the Peacock situation sorted out. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

I have essentially the same issue, although never get to a point where it states my level (also diamond) does or does not have this benefit. The provision is referred to, but I can find no way to take advantage of it.

I would like to know how to add this as well. I can see the "perk" as a Diamond member, but no way to claim it. Please share how we can claim it.

user_zj2vdu There is a know issue going on with some Platinum and Diamond tier accounts right now. Are you seeing the perk listed on xfinity.com/membership ?

I found it at http://www.xfinity.com/membership.  It lists Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond with all the benefits under each category.  Under Platinum, Discounts it shows Peacock Premium, on us.  I do not currently subscribe to Peacock, but would like to take advantage of this if it is available and I qualify as a Diamond member.  Please explain.  Thank you in advance.

user_zj2vdu That is the website where you would redeem it. Then an email is sent with instructions to activate. Are you not seeing an option to redeem the Peacock reward when signed in on that site?

For what it's worth, I visited an Xfinity store and they advised that the Xfinity mobile app is the way to claim Peacock Premium. Using the mobile app, you search for Peacock and one of the hits is a place to 'claim' the benefit. I have no idea whether there is a direct link, but searching worked. Once claim is clicked, it takes you to Peacock, whereby you are asked for your email address; this then leads to a page to enter a p/w which presumably you don't have. Notwithstanding that, click 'forgot password' and it will send an email to the address you just entered, with instructions for changing the password you didn't have. once done, it then says there is already an account using these credentials... but this is in fact the account you just created. No a very straightforward process, but it actually did end up working for me.
