Peacock Premium reward for veteran
Hello,
As my husband is a veteran, we received diamond xfinity status. This includes a free subscription to Peacock Premium.
Unfortunately we are unable to actually to access this.
Before we were upgraded to Diamond Status, we had Peacock Premium included at some time. This expired a while before we got upgraded to Diamond.
I believe this previously included Peacock subscription is causing us to be unable to access it now.
When we log into our Peacock account, we cannot watch anything. It prompts us to buy a subscription.
I chatted with Xfinity chat several times, and was promised that we would get a next tier to call us back, but this never happened.
Would anyone here please be able to help us through a private message and access this included reward so we can watch Peacock Prime?
