Peacock Premium Plus

You currently have Peacock as the "free" streaming app that's included as a bonus with your internet service.   (It used to be Hulu, then Netflix, now it's Peacock.)  These streaming services have different plans.  You typically give the standard plan for free and then we, as the customer, would pay the difference in cost if we wished to have the upgraded plan.  With Peacock, however, you currently do not have this option set in your systems, like you did for Netflix and Hulu in the past.  

"Peacock Premium Plus" is their plan with No Ads. It's $6 more per month than their standard plan, "Peacock Premium".  I have spent hours on the phone and online chat to try and get a work-around for this, but management at Xfinity has confirmed that the option simply hasn't been programmed into your systems as of yet.  PLEASE ADD THIS OPTION TO YOUR SYSTEMS ASAP! Many of us would like to have Peacock Premium Plus functioning on our accounts, with no ads!
