Peacock Premium Plus

I would like to upgrade from the free Peacock Premium for Xfinity subscribers to Peacock Premium Plus (ad free). On the Peacock website it states I have to do this through Xfinity. How can do this without a Flex or X1 box?

Hey @iNNoVaZioN! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope you are doing well and glad to hear you were able to get the free Peacock Premium. In order to upgrade at this time I do believe you would need to cancel your premium access and then sign up for the Premium Plus. Please let us know if you have issues with this, and we can have a further look into this.

@XfinityMichaelC So I would have to pay full price for the Peacock Premium Plus instead of the difference? Prior to this recent change I was just paying the difference of Peacock Premium and Premium Plus.

This is correct as the Peacock is now a fully charged service and no longer included with the Xfinity services. The free service you are getting now was based on it being a reward that would expire in 2 years.

So I have to cancel this "Reward" and pay the full price of Peacock Premium Plus? Per this article https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-manage-subscription upgrading/downgrading can be done via a Flex or X1 box.

Thank you for bringing that up. Having a further look into this, based on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-subscription-faqshttps://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-subscription-faqs at the very bottom it has:

Can I upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus if I receive Peacock Premium from Xfinity?
If you purchased Peacock Premium through the Peacock app on X1 or Flex, see Manage Your Peacock Subscription on Xfinity for upgrade instructions.

If you receive Peacock Premium through NOW TV, Gigabit speed internet or Xfinity Rewards, you cannot upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus through Xfinity at this time.

If you were looking to go the ad-free version with the plus, at this time you would need to cancel and pay the full subscription. If you don't mind holding off then it looks like we are currently working on trying to be able to upgrade to the Plus with the reward/internet-only customers, however, there is no ETA on when this option to upgrade will be released.

This is the answer I was looking for as I current have gigabit service and rewards. As far as I am aware the time to sign up for the Peacock Premium is only for a limited time.
