Peacock Premium Plus upgrade loop - Unlink tool throwing error

My account is stuck in a Peacock Premium Plus upgrade loop. Xfinity billing shows the upgrade, but Peacock does not see it. When I try to use the online portal to unlink my Peacock account, it gives me the error: 'Something unexpected happened, close this box and try again.' I have waited over 22 hours and tried multiple browsers. Can a Digital Care Specialist please perform a manual backend entitlement reset on my streaming tokens?
