Peacock Premium Plus Activation Issue

I have paid for 2 months of Peacock Premium Plus and in that time my actual Peacock account remains at Premium level.  When I click the activate button on the Streaming Subscriptions page of my xfinity account, I always get a "Something Went Wrong" error message.  Please help resolve this issue and refund me for the 2 months of wasted money.

user_q52kvz Hello, I am sorry you are currently at the Premium level and not Premium Plus. Are you doing this on our site or application?

user_q52kvz Thank you for letting us know that you have tried the website and app. I'm sorry that it's not processing as it should. I will make sure that you are refunded and help get the premium plus service working.
Since I will need to access your account can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
