Peacock premium platinum

I am a platinum rewards member but the page says I’m not eligible for peacock rewards. Please I need help with this.

Hello @user_1bqe6k You definitely qualify for the Peacock subscription as a Premium tier member. What page did you check? Can you confirm the status of the reward on https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions ?

It keeps taking me to shop and then saying xfinity is included in my community

@user_1bqe6k Usually if it says that, it means you are in a bulk community where service is included at no extra cost. Those accounts don't qualify for the Xfinity Membership benefits. We don't have a way to trigger an activation email ourselves. But let's take a look at your account together and if you do qualify we will get this escalated. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
