Peacock Premium perk
I was sent an email that I can activate my free Peacock, and when I tried to do this, it would not let me. This is false advertising if you are offering this to customers and stating that it is free which it's not. Also, I would like to speak to a human being and not AI. Does Xfinity have an email address or a chat option where I can actually talk to a person? This makes me want to find a new provider.

Customer service is non existent. I’ve tried for hours to get help with peacock ! No way to get to a human being!
