Peacock Premium perk

I was sent an email that I can activate my free Peacock, and when I tried to do this, it would not let me. This is false advertising if you are offering this to customers and stating that it is free which it's not. Also, I would like to speak to a human being and not AI. Does Xfinity have an email address or a chat option where I can actually talk to a person? This makes me want to find a new provider.

To clarify eligibility:
Xfinity offers free Peacock Premium to customers who are either:

  • Diamond or Platinum Xfinity Rewards members, or
  • Subscribed to Gigabit+ internet speeds

To help us move forward, could you please confirm whether you’re a Diamond/Platinum Rewards member or currently subscribed to Gigabit+ speeds?

In the meantime, have you already tried activating your subscription through the following link https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock?

 

Please let us know so we can proceed with next steps!

Customer service is non existent. I’ve tried for hours to get help with peacock ! No way to get to a human being!
